What You’ll Do
Generate Leads: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential leads.
Qualify Prospects: Gather insights about prospects’ needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Book Appointments: Schedule discovery meetings or product demos for the sales team.
Maintain CRM: Track all interactions, leads, and opportunities accurately in a CRM system.
Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and meet goals.
Stay Informed: Stay updated on client offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for connecting with people and achieving targets.

  • Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.

  • Resilient: Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.

  • Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to reaching goals.



Minimum Technical Requirements

To ensure smooth performance, all candidates must have:

    • Processor: Intel i5 (8th Gen or higher) or equivalent AMD Ryzen.

    • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB preferred).

    • Storage: SSD with at least 256GB free space.

    • Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.15 or higher.

  • A stable high-speed internet connection:

    • Minimum download speed: 50 Mbps.

    • Minimum upload speed: 10 Mbps.

    • Consistent connectivity without frequent drops.

  • A noise-canceling headset for clear communication during calls.

  • A quiet and professional workspace.
